AlertManager ensures you are constantly kept updated as to what is occuring on your site. You have the ability to set up the system to SMS you if there is a large till variance, too much money in the drawer or if there are too many voids or cancelled sales going on. Pump resets, stand alone sales and even theft from your tanks can be configured to alert you via SMS any time anywhere.

Automatic Tank Gauging systems will monitor your tanks, fuel lines and dispensers for losses and possible theft.

Stock Management

Staff cannot order too much stock as the system will provide warnings and in a multi site environment the system can be configured to require head office approval prior to the purchase order being available to send to a supplier.
