Services - Implementation

The success of any system is in the implementation. Prior to QuickFuel being installed at your site we follow a successful and proven cycle.

A great deal of time and care is dedicated to this process to ensure ‘all goes right’ from day one.

Customer requirements

We believe in working one on one to configure your system to suit your business.  We will contact you to determine your requirements for system configuration, training (as per our training agreement), installation and support arrangements.

Pre-Commissioning

Your assistance will be required in creating the files that you require to run your business. We will require an electronic copy of your product file in a commonly used format. We will also create your employee file, accounts, suppliers and payroll files if required. These configurations will include user profiles and employee security levels.

Since QuickFuel interfaces directly to QuickBooks, we want to ensure that you capitalise on its strengths. Our knowledge of this industry and the implementation cycle will ensure that we configure QuickBooks Pro to your individual needs, enabling you to capitalise on the features which are important and useful to your business.

System Builds

All hardware and software will be pre-configured and pre-tested prior to delivery to your site.

Site Works

Due to the inherent dangers of working on service stations only duly accredited professionals are used. This is particularly necessary for the commissioning of the forecourt controller system.

Install Day

On the day of install, a “Go-live checklist” will be completed prior to turning on the system.

On-Site training

Our Accredited trainer will remain on site for the remainder of the day to assist you and your staff in becoming familiar with the QuickFuel solution. All training at its completion will be signed off.

Remote training

As part of your purchase we include periodic remote training to ensure you are using your system efficiently and getting the most out of it.
