QuickFuel Rental Solution

We can structure payments to be made monthly, quarterly, semi annually, annually, deferred or seasonal – the options are endless.

Most importantly, we not only provide finance using our own funds, but also are accredited with and highly regarded by the country’s leading banks and finance organisations.  We have associations with specialist institutions that handle less traditional and more challenging transactions as well.

Why rent?

Finance Lease and Hire Purchase were for many years the contracts most commonly used to finance equipment and motor vehicles. In a nutshell, Leasing and Hire Purchase methods were not designed to cope with accelerating technology.  They do not allow for any upgrade of equipment and can leave you with a residual value at the end, which can be far greater than the value of the equipment.

Rental overcomes this problem!

Lease and Hire Purchase may be well suited to equipment that will last for years and will still be doing the same job with constant efficiency for years to come.  Rental is designed to accommodate change and additions.
Our Rental Facility offers the following benefits:

  1. Off Balance Sheet accounting as payments are treated as a tax deductible expense item on your Profit & Loss Account;
  2. Should not impact on your ability to borrow from your Bank;
  3. The only security required is the equipment;
  4. The ability to add or trade in equipment at any time without penalty.

Additions to your facility can be accommodated by either increasing your monthly payment, or extending the term of your rental (subject to an overall limit of 60 months).

At the end of the term you may:

  1. Return the machine without further obligation;
  2. Continue to rent; or
  3. Exercise an option to purchase

It is strongly recommended that you seek independent advice on tax related matters.
