  • HeadOffice supports Site and Product categories which enable you to automatically calculate sell prices at sites based on a pre set formula. The pre set formula ensure you take into account site market and demographics. This function allows you to make a single price change with the system performing all these calculations automatically.

  • Maximum stock levels can be entered at head office and sent to sites. This provides an Over-stock check at site whenever stock is ordered. All products when purchased will be checked to ensure staff do not buy more stock than they are allowed to
  • Outer code purchasing. The system automatically allows you to purchase items using the outer codes whether it is a case (24 units), dozen, six pack or an individual bottle. You can set unlimited buy price for whatever way your supplier allows you to purchase their stock.  
  • Related Products function allow operators to use same product for various items ie newspapers have a different barcode per edition yet a site just wants to know it is The Age
  • Accounting. Stock purchases are automatically processed to QuickBooks enabling you to get an immediate P&L, Balance Sheet or Cash Flow report. This information also automatically flows to QuickBAS for the easy creation of you BAS for all of your sites.
  • Site Automatic Reorder report ensures your stock levels on site are kept to a minimum. The Automatic Reorder report takes into account, sales from any time you require such as special events like a bi-annual event like an air show or Easter the previous year.
