In two clicks you can commence a new stocktake by clicking on the Create Stocktake button . On the handheld device select Download from PC and you are ready to start counting your stock. The system supports multiple concurrent handheld devices plus the ability to also use manual counting sheets at the same time.

To complete the Stocktake on the handheld(s) select Upload to PC view the counts on the following form make any required modifications, print variance reports if required then click on Complete Stocktake to automatically upload to BackOffice for immediate update and accounting.

The system will allow you to save stocktakes for later editing and modifications.
