 Loyalty system 
QuickFuel has an inbuilt loyalty system where points can be earned and redeemed  by customers
 Promotion prompts
The system will automatically prompt your staff to up sell products. 
 Promotional pricing 
You can now set the system to automatically turn on and off promotions simply and easily. This functionality is now part of back office
 Kitchen Printing
Orders can be printed from the point of sale terminal to a remote printer in the kitchen. 
 Table tracking 
For sites where the roadhouse is very important part of your business QuickFuel now incorporates table tracking to enable you to better serve your customers.
 Multi layer Touch screens
There is no limit to the number of touch screen layers with QuickFuel. This will enable you to have a layer for gas bottles, another for food, car servicing just to name a few. 
 Integrated EFTPOS with Quest & Ingenico 
Eliminate double entry errors. QuickBooks Point of Sale now offers integration with Quest and Ingenico terminals. This will allow you to set up integrated EFTPOS for Westpac, ANZ, NAB, St George or Bank West. (Quest integration is also available with ETSL for the NZ bank system). 
 Preset Category Filter
A new option in the Product Number function key allows you to create a key with a Preset Category filter. This will make your search options even quicker by being able to simply click a button to filter your search for cakes for example. 
 Group buttons
QuickFuel now support the use of a button to list only selected items within the system such as BBQ Gas bottles, or Hamburger options. 
  Run External Applications
A new function is available that will launch an external program from within Point of Sale Terminal.
  Credit Card Surcharge
If you choose to pass on the credit card charge to your customers we now offer a new option in the functions Tender Credit Card and Tender EFT, that will prompt the operator with the new total to be accepted before the transaction can go through.
  Shift Reporting
Improved Shift reporting including Shift Sheet to reproduce vital statistics which are incorporated in the DaySheet report.

Reports can be exported to Acrobat (PDF), MS Excel, MS Word, RTF, or Tab separated text. 
  Multiple Transactions on Hold
QuickFuel can hold as many as you like, preview receipts as you search and restore transactions from any terminal.
  Unit of Measure ordering
Purchase a carton of coke and sell the cans individually.
  Print Account Balances
Keep your customers up-to-date with the new option for Customer Accounts to print their account balance on receipts and invoices.
  Preset Tender Cash & Tender Voucher
Process transactions even faster with the new feature to create keys with set amounts for cash and voucher transactions.
  Tender EFT - Cash Out
Take advantage of the new options available to control EFTPOS cash out transactions, allowing you to set maximum cash out amount or minimum sale amount before cash can be withdrawn.

 
Enhancements
  Historical Receipts
Now allows a find and filter option where any of the fields displayed can be filtered to only displace the criteria you have entered into the search by. Many new reports have been added to back office to enable you to better track the performance of your staff and assets.
  List find and filter 
Only items or criteria entered into the search by field will be displayed in the lists. For example type into the description field Coke and only those products will appear on the list.
  DaySheet
The DaySheet prints automatically at the End of Day. The DaySheet provides a summary of all the critical daily activities including statistics on Fuel only sales, Fuel & Store sales and Fuel only sales, No Sales, Cancelled sales, Voids, Safe Drops and Refunds. The DaySheet has been designed to reconcile with Forecourt Meter movements which include a Tank Reconciliation and Tender Analysis summary for reconciliation with your EFT device. The DaySheet can be reprinted in the Back Office and can be electronically sent to Head Office. The DaySheet now also incorporates Period To Date Sales & GP, Sales Forecasts & GP. 
  Back Office reporting
The Back Office module enables transactional reporting on live and historical data from the point of sale. Includes a comprehensive expert for filtering according to Sales person, product, terminal or whatever you require. If the field appears on the report then you can filter on it. All reports are available using the DayID or calendar date.

Reports can be exported to Acrobat (PDF), MS Excel, MS Word, RTF, or Tab separated text. 

  EFTPOS Interface
QuickFuel in addition to Commonwealth Bank, Westpac Bank and Bank of Melbourne now supports ANZ, National Australia Bank and Bank West.
  Online Banking

 Report Captions Make More Sense
Have you always wondered what the Gross and Net columns are reporting on in the End of Day reports? To make this clearer for everyone, we have renamed these columns to Original Value (Gross) and Actual Amount (Net). The Original Value column will only ever print the prices for all items if an item has been discounted. 
 Lists
We are using a new method for all lists in QuickBooks Point of Sale. As you type in the search box, the list will refresh itself by only including data that meets the search criteria anywhere within the item description.
 Search Facility in Function Options
In the function keys Department and Product Number you can link Preset Products, in this option you now have the ability to search by Description for your item. 
 Lay-by Enhancements
When you select a lay-by and highlight a lay-by account Point of Sale Terminal will now display the original receipt in the Transaction Display so that you can see the item/s on lay-by. In Point of Sale Administrator a new menu option is also available to print a range of lay-by reports, Outstanding Lay-bys, Lay-by Aging Report, New Lay-bys, Lay-bys Finalised and Lay-by Payments. 
 End of Day Caption
For added flexibility when you change the caption for End of Day, Point of Sale Terminal will change the caption right throughout the End of Day wizard screens eg End of Shift. 
 Posting Enhancements
Line error handling improved. Now if you get a line error while posting, the transaction with an error will be logged for you to attend to later and the end of day file will continue to post. 
 Transfer to Point of Sale
The need to transfer the full product file to the Point of Sale is no longer required. This happens live when you maintain and add products in the back office. 
 Four Decimal Place Discounts & Surcharges
The Dollar Discount and Dollar Surcharge functions in Point of Sale Terminal have now been upgraded to allow you to preset up to four decimal point discounts.
 
 Queensland Fuel subsidy report
This report has been built to better account for the Queensland Fuel subsidy
