The Head Office solution is available for QuickFuel and other retail outlets. This module enables you to link remote sites to a Head Office location centralising many previously duplicated functions across your network of sites.

All the sales, marketing, till balancing, and merchant settlements are consolidated into the Head Office module. In addition all the accounting information is consolidated into a QuickBooks Head Office ledger.

Depending on your set up live stock on hand and sales figures are also available at Head Office.

Head Office enables you to enter products, customers, chart of accounts, employees and suppliers at Head Office. This enables your sites to focus on selling rather than maintaining computer lists for running the POS system.

The sites are connected using the latest technology in system connectivity, providing links via a Local Area Network (LAN), Internet, VPN or a dial up connection.
