QuickFuel with the exception of QuickBooks is an Australian product, yet sold globally. The generic Point of Sale is currently used by 30,000 users in varying industries across Australia. QuickBooks is used 8 million users globally and over 400,000 users in Australia. The product is backed by Reckon Limited “RKN” (Quicken Australia) which is a publicly listed company on the ASX. Quicken Australia is one of the seven Quicken development centres based around the world. Quicken Australia is responsible for all the product localization in Australian and the Asia Pacific region. Although other Fuel point of sale vendors come and go QuickFuel is backed by a very large global organisation which is committed to this market.
